Appoint an Independent Prosecutor to investigate whether Director Comey engaged in criminal acts

Mr. President,
There can be no question that Director Comey’s actions have been unprofessional. The Director behavior has demeaned the Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Congress, The Republican Party, The Democratic Party, and the electoral process. All have relied on him and all have been poorly served. The question that must be answered is whether the Director has acted as one unprofessional individual who may have violated the Hatch Act or as part of a conspiracy with other private citizens, the Republican Party, the Trump campaign or even foreign agents?
To ensure that the next administration is viewed as legitimate, these questions must be answered and you, Mr. President, must appoint an independent counsel.
