The actions of the FBI and the Justice Department have left the american public with many questions regarding the thoroughness of the prior investigation and the political influence of the Executive branch. Many questions remain how classified messages were removed from the government and placed on private computers in non-secure locations, available to persons without security clearances, and then deleted. Then there is the quid pro quo potential of the Clinton Foundation and the Secretary of State actions. Without a grand jury and an independent prosecutor the credibility of the whole government is at risk.
