Whereas Jon Stewart will soon be unemployed, Whereas Jon Stewart recently proposed to President Obama a year of public service for all, whereas Jon Stewart's interest in proper care for veterans is notable, we hereby petition the President to appoint Jon Stewart to serve one year on a commission to monitor the progress in improving service to our veterans at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
