Appoint Kanye West as United States Poet Laureate.
Really, does anything more need to be said about this? When Kanye said, "You could be my black Kate Moss tonight," he spoke for an entire generation of young Americans who were thinking the same thing... in a variety of other colors and models. It would be fun. It would be modern. It would draw some attention to the arts and get us excited again. Appoint Kanye West as United States Poet Laureate!!!
