With the Death of Antonin Scalia, we face a tipping point in our country. With Republicans in control of congress, and President Obama in the white house, there is no doubt that there will be gridlock. Almost any Liberal Supreme Court Justice would be blocked for nearly a year, something that is almost unprecedented. With that said there is one man who could break the partisan gridlock.
