Margaret M. Sweeney has shown leadership and determination to follow the constitution. She understands property rights which is very rare for public officials these days. Property rights are based on the very foundation of our nation which without property rights we would seize to be exceptional. Our country will also descend into darkness where most individuals will refuse to trust our government.
Property rights are crucial for a healthy economy. Who wants to invest in a nation where everyone believes that there is uncertainty in their property after they have invested in it? If I put my hard earned money into an investment and it pays off, is it really fair for the government to nationalize it?
Judge Sweeney does not diffuse her responsibility, she leads.
