It is past time to have the appointment of a new US Ambassador to the Republic of Ireland. The vacancy has existed since 2012. Therefore, I offer my services. I am a retired Federal Employee and could be ready for the job as soon as I get Senate confirmation. I am 100 percent Irish by family surnames and 93 percent Irish by DNA testing.
