We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Appoint Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court forthwith and without Congress Advice and Consent.

Created by J.M. on November 10, 2016

Appoint Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court directly and forthwith without Senate advice and consent, given the Senate has abdicated its Article II duty and responsibility. Their failure to act on the President's nominee, one whom they already considered highly qualified and appropriate, has abrogated their responsibility.

The vacancy on the Supreme Court constitutes a danger to the efficacy and legality of law.
