Appoint Milo Esche and his staff, Mark Esche, as the unofficial Ambassadors of United States cat owners.

Milo is a proud Siamese Snowshoe cat. His staff, consisting of Retired Navy veteran, and Educator, Mark Esche, would be honored to serve as the United States unofficial ambassadors of feline/human interaction. As the President already has "the First Dog", Milo could serve to represent all of the felines in America, and the people that admire and serve them. Milo could also be a role model for more attention to feral cats, and would be yet another spokesperson for animal population control. He also has what Mr. Esche refers to as a strong "Awwww!" factor
