The President mocked Mitt Romney for his concern over Russian policy during a debate on CSPAN on October 22, 2012, stating "The 1980's are now asking for their foreign policy back." The President is clearly over his head and has no idea how to deal with Putin. He needs a competent person in his cabinet, who can effectively guide the President through these challenging times.
