This petition was created to and only to appoint Mr. Jorden to "Supreme Ruler of the Multiverse". This would hereby enable him to govern Earth and any other planet that may yet contain any microscopic form of biotic factors that exist in the relative three dimensions of the multiverse (operating under the theory that there is a multiverse). This would mean he would have the ability to create laws. bills, constitutions, and, if the need should arise--declarations of independence. This, however, would not mean that he might somehow have the power of a God--no, simply the satisfaction of knowing that peace might one day be firmly (and hopefully perpetually) established here on this fine planet that we call home.
