The new rules proposed by the FCC essentially end net neutrality here in the US. Before you leave office, when the five years terms of FCC commissioners Jessica Rosenworcel and Michael O'Rielly end, please replace them with two candidates who will enact rules that disallow ISPs from blocking or slowing access to websites who do not pay them a "premium bandwidth fee".
