The original intent of the authors of our constitution and the founding members of our government is of paramount importance to we, the undersigned. As it is the constitutional duty of the President to appoint new justices to the Supreme Court, we petition the President to appoint a Supreme Court justice which will continue the tradition of "originalism" upheld by the late justice Antonin Scalia.
