Dear President OBAMA,
Please consider appointing Paul Reickhoff of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America to reform the VA system. He has a proven record of innovations, and building organizations from the ground up as well as working in established organizations. He has written a book and was a combat veteran in Iraq. He understands the needs of injured and traumatized veterans, and would bring a fresh perspective to the top of the VA system that is sorely needed.
He is not afraid to hold people accountable, but has also exercised discretion, not being overzealous in firing those who have performed poorly, without giving them a chance to hold themselves accountable. He also started IAVA PAC. He can interface with the media to restore the credibility of the VA.
