Appoint a qualified woman to the Idaho federal district court bench.

Created by R.W. on April 29, 2015

At least five prominent female Idaho attorneys and current judges applied for the District Judge position vacated by U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge in July, 2015. Our senators have not responded to any of these qualified jurists' applications. The senators have the ability to recommend persons for appointment, but the President chooses the person to appoint. Please appoint a qualified female candidate to this position to help balance the legal and judicial climate in our great state.
