President Obama appointed Philadelphia Police Commissioner, Charles Ramsey to to chair the Task Force on 21st Cenutry Policing. This department is known as one of the most corrupt police departments in the country. If the administration really wants to improve relations between police and the community, they should appoint somebody who is willing to work with the community. That is why Richmond CA Police Chief, Chris Magnus should be appointed. His department is standing with peaceful protestors to call for change in this country. Richmond PD has taken steps to improve relations with their citizens and local police. For change to occur we need to destroy these barriers between police and citizens.
