Appoint someone to deal with the looming public health nightmare of antimicrobial resistant bacteria.

Created by N.W. on October 21, 2013

Antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria are becoming more common. A family of germs called CRE's kill up to half of the people that they infect because they do not nearly any of our antibiotics. They can also pass on this resistance to other germs. If we do not do something about this soon it could mean essentially the end of modern medicine as common infections become deadly in a world where so many bacteria are resistant to all forms of treatment.
