Over the past few years there has been an unjust prosecution of individuals divulging classified information, while others with political influence are brushed aside. As such a special grand jury should be appointed to determine if wrong doing took place with classified information being transmitted across an unclassified system. This isn't about Mrs. Clinton's stance that the information was over classified otherwise SPC Manning should be released because I am sure he felt the classification was too high for what he released.
