It is time to prosecute government leaders who continually use their office to promote division and partisanship solely for political purpose denying the political process opportunity to work. Publicly admitting to stalling the legislative process in order to deny any advancement of the executive agenda with the willful disregard of the public and to the detriment of the public good. Senator Mitch McConnall has, on multiple occasions, willfully stated his intentions to fail to faithfully discharge the duties of the office he has swore to hold. He must be held accountable to the American People.
