1. Having a private unsecured server for her email communications during her tenure as Secretary of State
2. Mishandled Classified Government material during her tenure as Secretary of State
3. Allowed employees without a need to know or proper security clearences to handle Classified material
4. Processed any Classified material on the unsecured server
5. Accepted any unauthorized or improper gifts (whether monetary, material, or services) that violated Federal Code or policies.
6. Used her office as Secretary of State to secure contributions to the Clinton Foundation or obtain paid benefit to her husband for access to Federal Gov offices
