We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the criminal actions of FBI director James Comey on 28-Oct-2016.

Created by W.A. on November 13, 2016

DOJ has policies in place that prohibit law enforcement and prosecutors from commenting on issues that could effect an election for up to 60 days prior to said election.

FBI director James Comey violated these policies on 10-28-16 when he announced that the FBI was reopening the email investigation against Hillary Clinton.

Also, the FBI never announces as to who it is investigating.

Immediately prior to this announcement, Hillary Clinton's campaign had been building momentum. Immediately after this announcement, and during the 11 days that followed, the polls showed that this announcement had a detrimental effect on Hillary Clinton's campaign.

It is these facts that we base our opinion that FBI director James Comey violated DOJ policy and did so with the intent of swaying an election
