We The People request a special outside prosecutor to investigate the eligibility for re-election of the incumbent following further questioning of the current incumbents birth certificate as well as a flawed operation of Fast and Furious in which he (President Barack Obama) asserted Executive Privilege at AG Holder's request at the last minute prior to Attorney General Eric Holder to being voted in Contempt of Congress. The DOJ indicated it will not bring any criminal charges as well as they are trying to get the civil suit turned over; so, that the Dept. Of Justice does not have to bring forward documents to show of an operation that resulted in the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry as well as try to show reason for more gun control. Also, he/she needs to investigate Benghazi
