We would like the Obama Administration to either appoint a Special Prosecutor or have Congress appoint one to investigate the specific targeting and scrutiny of conservative groups by the IRS between 2009 and the date that the IG report was released.
We would like to know who was involved, where the orders came from, and what did the White House specifically know and at what points.
