The IRS has admitted to and apologized for targeting certain conservative groups that include in their names words such as "Tea Party", "Patriot" or "9/12". An independent Special Prosecutor needs to be appointed to fully investigate this scandal and bring to justice any and all persons at any and all levels of the IRS and US Federal government for this blatant abuse of power for political purposes and violations of the United States Constitution.
