The 112th United States Congress (in general) and the congressional leadership of both parties have committed acts of Official Misconduct by willfully, knowingly, and negligently:

- Endangering the economic well being of the United States and her citizens;
- Dereliction in duty by failing to faithfully serve the constituency;
- Failed to prevent future economic harm; i.e. the ‘Fiscal Cliff and Debt Ceiling’;
- Causing multiple economic crisis’s by failing to act in a timely and responsible manner;
- Causing the downgrade of the U.S. credit rating;
- Defrauding the citizens of the United States; and
- Violating the oath they swore to uphold.

The United States Congress has failed to protect the country and her citizens. We the people expect more from our elected representatives.
