We believe that a special prosecutor is required in the matter of IRS abuse of Tea Party backed groups in light of continued Administration stonewalling, particularly the unbelievable claim that many of the most relevant emails have been 'lost'. This is a crisis of credibility that, if left unchecked, will destroy the ability of the government to govern 'by the consent of the governed'. The IRS must be definitively cleared or purged of criminal activity.
