Christians in the Near East and South Central Asia are facing increasing terrorism, discrimination, and persecution in their home countries. The U.S. government must publicly and specifically address this growing problem with the governments of the nations involved, especially Egypt, Syria, Iraq and Pakistan, with the same vigor it employs in addressing human rights violations in other nations around the world. Sec of State Kerry must speak up on the world stage and meet with the Christian community and it's leadership whenever visiting the nations where they are being terrorized and persecuted. Pres Obama must appoint a State Department Special Envoy to Promote Religious Freedom of Religious Minorities in the Near East and South Central Asia.
