In the interest of national security, the US Federal Government should appoint at once a State Wizard. Five years ago, New Zealand officially appointed an English mage to educate the public and presumably fortify their armed forces with enchanted weaponry. We cannot lose this sorcerous arms race, as it won't be long before China begins enlisting its mystic sages to tip the balance of world power. Also consider Caribbean voodoo and the Bermuda Triangle. We cannot let these issues fester past another election, we must start building tomorrow now, muggle and magician!
