At a time when the Democratic Party is tearing itself apart and the DNC is losing all credibility in the minds of many voters, I urge you to appoint Tulsi Gabbard as DNC chair. She has intimate knowledge of, and considerable experience with the organization and has demonstrated her integrity in resigning her post as co-chair when it became obvious to her that the DNC was favoring the candidacy of Hillary Clinton over that of Bernie Sanders. A Tulsi Gabbard appointment would go a long way toward restoring the integrity of an organization that has systemically violated its charter in the 2016 election cycle.
