Appoint U.S. District Judge William H. Alsup to the U.S. Supreme Court or 5th Circuit at earliest opportunity

With the sudden explosion of technology lawsuits working their way though the courts, it is increasingly important to have technologically savvy judges, Judge Alsup is one such judge. If there should be a vacancy in the 5th circuit (which encompasses the Western District of Texas) or the Supreme Court we believe Judge Alsup would be an excellent choice not only for his fair and wise decisions but for his deep understanding of technology and intellectual property law.
