The world is an increasingly complicated and dangerous place. As a member of the global economy, it behooves the United States of America to be in two places at the same time, hence the idea of having co-Secretaries of State. The only two people imaginable, who know the world and the world's leaders intimately, would be the former President Bill Clinton and his wife, the current Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton.
