Appoit a Special Prosecutor to Investigate Russian connections to the Trump Campaign

Created by R.R. on November 11, 2016

Recent public statements by the Russian deputy foreign minister Sergei A. Ryabkov indicate that during the presidential campaign the Russian government was in contact with "quite a few" members of the Trump campaign. US Intelligence agencies have determined that Russian state agents were responsible for hacking Trumps opponents. Trump himself encouraged this hacking in public statements. A special prosecutor should be appointed to investigate possible violations of the Logan Act and Mr. Trumps appointees should not be granted security clearances until these questions are resolved.
