Hundreds of parks & cities impacted. Includes Glacier National Park, Florida Everglades, Cape Cod beaches, Great Lakes & California coast.

Waived acts Include National Environmental Policy, Endangered Species, Clean Air, Safe Drinking Water, Wilderness Act, Federal Land Policy & Management, National Park Service, Migratory Bird Treaty & Coastal Zone Management.
