Apppoint a National Congressional Babysitter to prevent the children officing on The Hill from wrecking the country!

In recognition that behavior in both houses of Congress (Republican AND Democrat) has degraded to childishness resembling a cross between a daycare for spoiled rich brats and a reform school for power-hungry toddlers, we hereby petition the Obama Adminstration to appoint a Cabinet-level position whose sole responsiblity would be to babysit the House and the Senate. Duties of this position would include encouraging the "children" to: play nice with each other, work together on projects, negotiate compromises with other children when there are differences of opinion/agenda, ensure that all criticism is constructive, use good manners, not become involved in sex scandals, and most important, NOT TO DESTROY THE PLACE when the "parents"--WE THE PEOPLE--aren't around to supervise and punish.
