Nothing can change the tragedy that happened to the Newtown, Ct students, teachers, and their families. We believe that we can alleviate some of their fears and help an eventual return to normalcy by setting aside federal funds for the express purpose of having a uniformed police officer in each school building in Newtown, Ct for the next 15 years.
