There are allot of citizens that have been convicted of non violent felonies that have had their right to bear arms taken away from them. Not being able to protect themselves and their loved ones from the bad elements of world we live in today, not to mention the fathers that cant take their child hunting to carry on family traditions.
Although Federal law provides a means for the relief of firearms disabilities, since October 1992, ATF’s annual appropriation has prohibited the expending of any funds to investigate or act upon applications for relief from Federal firearms disabilities submitted by individuals.
