The speed at which we conduct business is ever increasing and the distance people travel to meet these demands is ever expanding. Virtually all developed countries around the world have improved their ground transport infrastructure in this manner. This is an opportunity for America to continue being the greatest nation on the earth. We are petitioning our government to appropriate funds, minimum estimated $7 billion it would cost, for the development of the Hyperloop. This system will be able to travel at speeds of up to 760 mph compared 150 mph, the fastest train we currently have. Moreover, the system is far cheaper than the $69 billion high-speed rail California is planning. Let’s think big, this is what America is known for. If we can put a man on the moon, we can build the Hyperloop.
