The village of Aquila, located in Stoddard County Missouri, has for too long been over run with the problem of stray dogs. The problems associated with the dogs include:
-excessive procreation
-urinating in public
-destruction of property such as chewing on used tires
-leaving behind excessive amounts of waste
-chasing cars
We ask that the federal government either send money to hire a dog catcher, or send a representative from PETA take them down.
