Appropriate measures to prevent pollution of Long Island waters.

Created by R.P. on June 09, 2014

Water pollution is a problem anywhere on this planet, however some areas are clearly more dependent on the quality of the water, whether this is in relation to energy production, tourism, economy, etc. It is important that people realize how crucial safe water is (this includes groundwater also) and how improper and inefficient current water safety programs are. These issues range from human-caused eutrophication to inappropriate disposal of pesticides and other wastes. Take a step towards a cleaner earth and cleaner lifestyle, as this is a dilemma that involves the entire planet.
