With his performance on February 20, 2015 Josh Adams of Laramie, Wyoming clearly demonstrated his complete and permanent ownership of the premises in Fort Collins, CO known collectively as "Moby Arena," though by all rights it is really just a dumpy little gym.
With 38 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 6 steals, Adams clearly took ownership of the building and as such it should be renamed henceforth and forever after as the "Josh Adams Gym and Recreation Center."
