We humbly request that the federal government of the United States immediately and expeditiously appropriate funds to the council of the Borough of Lansford, PA for the formation of a statue in honor of our brother, John P. Dempsey, a Lansford native. The funds should be congressionally mandated to be used solely to erect a monument to attempt to capture the sheer awesomeness of John P. Dempsey. We believe that this petition deserves the utmost attention for its absolute and nonsensical importance. We do so humbly request at the behest of the American people that honestly believe that the vast majority of the petitions on this site are absolutely jokes. Thank you for your attention of this matter of extreme importance.
