Approval of documents going in and out of the U.S regardless of status.

I petition for the purpose of getting a protection from the U.S government regarding of the status to be legally going back to the Philippines and coming back to the U.S without having trouble. In connection with the disaster brought by typhoon Haiyan I would like to visit my family in my country. I appreciate any consideration from your good office.
