This petition is to encourage oil companies to sell refined gas, fuel oil, jet fuel, and diesel fuel in home (USA) home markets. Thus lowering fuel cost to consumers and USA manufactured goods and services.
Tariff will be no less then 10 cents per gallon. Proceeds shall be directed to Federal Treasury who shall earmark
a) 50% to pay for the United States Navy to offset American taxpayers cost protecting private commerce world wide.
b) 35% to States as revenue sharing or toll for pipelines located in their states.
c) 15% to be used by EPA to use these funds only for research in the USA for items to be manufactured in the USA to combat global warming.
