Approve all state's requests for withdrawal and use federal funds allocated to them to reduce deficit for patriots.

State petitions have been created to withdraw from the United States of America. I propose approving these requests, although the state lines should be redrawn to encompass a smaller area or perhaps to move those wishing to withdraw to a central location. The United States should peacefully claim the land as needed through imminent domain. All federal funds previously allocated to those states should be re-allocated where needed to reduce deficits, stimulate the economy, and support those in need for the patriotic individuals who support our country and our President.
