Military personnel working as recruiters are openly exposed to any danger. These military members go to dangerous neighborhoods, known or unknown to them. In addition, these members, as by the incident of July 16, 2015 in Chattanooga, FL are more exposed to attacks on public areas and have no way of defending themselves or the public in such situations.
