Given that the State Department has concluded that there are no environmental issues with the Keystone XL Pipeline, the Obama Administration is running out if excuses. If we do not approve the pipeline, we run the real risk of Canada selling the energy resources to China. The oil will be delivered. What the United States can do is decide to who it will go to. The pipeline would also reduce carbon emissions since trucks would no longer be transporting Canadian oil. We the People urge the Obama Administration to do what it should have done years ago and approve the pipeline. The economic benefits of oil close to home is obvious. Environmental issues are nonexistent. Approving the pipeline would deny the Chinese another energy source. Approve the pipeline! We have no reason not to!
