I feel Congress is doing a disservice to those of us who love our Country, served our Country, enjoy the freedoms of this Country and "bleed red, white and blue" by not voting to approve the Flag Desecration Amendment.
American service members have died protecting the freedoms that the American Flag represents. People who desecrate that flag are not only disrespecting our Country and our freedoms but are disrespecting all those who serve (and have served) to protect these freedoms.
I ask that this become an Amendment to punish those through the Judicial System who desecrate the American flag.
I ask that my fellow Americans sign this petition to protect this National symbol of freedom from those who continue to disrespect our Country and what we stand for!
