Approve the forced resignation of Commissioner Bob Bowlsby for his crimes and misconduct against the Big XII Conference.

Statement from Bob Bowlsby at Big 12 Media Day:
There really isn't anything that we're always going to apply a tiebreaker to determine who our champion is, because we have to put forth a representative to one of the Bowl games.
So even though the records may be exactly the same, there's either a head to head competition with the same record or there's a tie breaker imposed. So we always are going to get to the point of a true champion.
That's the other thing about playing nine games is you're always going to have a head to head. You're not going to have two teams with the same record that didn't play each other. So that part is self resolvable.
This pathetic man has gone against his word, resulting in no Big 12 team in the CFP. Baylor, TCU, etc, come together to save this league.
