Many americans are incarcerated and victimized for anything related to marijuana which in reality is not a controlled substance or an addictive substance. nearly 1 in every 8 U.S. prisoners are incarcerated for marijuana offenses. i am not proposing just for medical use but an overall legalization of THC in all 50 states.
