Approve reparations for African Americans By allowing Free or Reduced Education for all descendents of Slaves.

I'm submitting this petition to settle the issue of reparations among African Americans. I don't agree with those who say we deserve money for reparations because I believe that most people will use the money to get themselves out of current situations that they are in weather it be debt or maybe to move into a better neighborhood, which is good but then what? People will spend the money and that's it. If you offer African Americans free or reduced education as a form of reparation then it will affect more people for generations to come. It will allow African Americans the chance to better themselves as a people. Maybe lower the percentages of African Americans in poverty and raise the number of those with degrees because the numbers show that African Americans are lacking in both areas.
